Real Leather-Injected Heels are plastic molded heels, usually polystyrene, whose outer surface is made up of real leather bands.
Molding is done using real leather bands that are preventively die-cutted with the shape of the heel.
These bands are manually inserted into the heel mold and subsequently the polystyrene is injected in it.
The pressure of the injected polystyrene pushes the bands towards the walls and solidifying the two elements become a single body.
Once extracted from the mold, the injected leather heel is suitable to be beautify with different finishes such as opaque, polished, raw, scratched, brushed.
The so-made heel becomes a component of high quality footwear.
