The production of heels is the strong point of Tacchificio Polato. Our department is able to produce 25,000 pairs of heels per day.
The heel molding department has eight injection presses for the production of ABS and POLYSTYRENE heels, six presses for top lifts molding and a double injection press for bi-component top lifts.
The heels molding department extends over an area of about 800 square meters. In 2017, an energy improvement was achieved by replacing the neon lighting of the entire area with a more modern, efficient and eco-friendly LED illumination.
